Single-Layer Flame-Retardant PU Tubing
This tube is for customers who still want the easy handling of PU tubing, but do not want to use a normal tube in a higher-risk area.
For example, some air lines go into a control cabinet. Some run close to motors, electrical parts, or places where small sparks may appear. In these situations, the tube material matters. A flame-retardant PU tube gives better safety than ordinary PU tubing, while keeping the tube soft enough for daily installation.
It is a single-layer tube. That makes it simple to cut and connect. There is no second skin to remove. Just cut the tube straight, push it into the fitting, and check that it is held in place.
When choosing the size, start with the outside diameter. This is the size that must match the push-in fitting. Then look at the inside diameter. If the equipment needs more air, choose a larger inner size. If the space is narrow, a smaller tube may be easier to arrange.
The regular sizes are from 4 mm to 16 mm outside diameter. Colors can be selected for different air lines or machine areas.
A few installation details are worth noting. Keep the cut end clean. Do not let the tube rub on sharp sheet metal. Do not put it directly on a hot surface. Flame-retardant material helps, but correct routing is still important.
This tubing is used in pneumatic cabinets, packaging equipment, automation machines, robot lines and other factory air circuits. It is a practical option when the air line needs flexibility and better flame-retardant performance at the same time.
