Ester-Based PU Tubing
This is the ester type of PU tube.
It is still flexible, so it can be used on normal pneumatic lines.
The main reason to choose it is wear resistance. If the tube may move against a machine frame or rub against nearby parts, ester-based PU is often a good option.
It also works better around oil than some other soft tubes.
Where to Use It
Use it on air lines.
Use it on machines.
Use it on automation equipment.
Use it when the tube needs to bend, but also needs to be tougher than a very soft plastic tube.
A Small Note
Ester-based PU is good for abrasion and oil resistance.
If the place is wet for a long time, ether-based PU may be better.
So the choice depends on the working area.
Size Check
Match the outside diameter with the fitting.
Check the inside diameter for air flow.
Choose the wall thickness according to pressure and bending needs.
Before Use
Cut the tube end flat.
Do not use a damaged end.
Push it fully into the fitting.
Do not bend it sharply near the connector.
