Standard C Type Quick Couplers (SM, SF, SH, SP, PM, PF, PH, PP)
Standard C type quick couplers provide a practical way to connect and disconnect pneumatic air lines. The range includes socket and plug configurations with male threads, female threads, and hose-size connections. Eight model families are available to suit different installation layouts and piping requirements.

Socket and Plug Configurations
This standard C type quick coupler range combines socket and plug options in one product family. SM, SF, SH, and SP models cover the socket side, while PM, PF, PH, and PP models provide the corresponding plug-side configurations.
Threaded models are suitable for connecting pneumatic components, manifolds, valves, and air supply equipment. Male-thread versions can be installed directly into a threaded port, while female-thread versions can be matched with an external threaded fitting or pipe. Hose connection models provide another option for equipment that uses flexible pneumatic tubing or hose.
Typical Applications
The available configurations make it easier to select a connection according to the existing piping layout rather than modifying the surrounding equipment. They are suitable for factory air lines, pneumatic machinery, maintenance tools, testing equipment, and general industrial compressed-air systems.

Model Selection and Operating Conditions
SM, SF, PM, and PF threaded models are available with PT1/8, PT1/4, PT3/8, and PT1/2 connection sizes. SH, SP, PH, and PP models cover hose sizes including 6 x 4, 8 x 5, 10 x 6.5, and 12 x 8.
The couplers are intended for clean compressed air. Their operating pressure range is 0-0.9 MPa, with a proof pressure of 1.32 MPa. The recommended ambient and fluid temperature range is 0-60 C.
Installation Notes
Before installation, confirm the required socket or plug structure, connection method, thread size, and hose dimensions. The mating components should use compatible C type profiles. Remove dust and metal particles from the connection area before assembly, and make sure threaded joints are properly sealed.
The air supply should be released before connecting, disconnecting, or servicing the line. For liquids or operating conditions outside the listed range, suitability should be checked before use.
