PK Series Five-Port Push-to-Connect Manifold Fitting

This PK manifold fitting provides a tidy way to divide one compressed-air line into several tube runs. The body has five push-in connections: one port at each end and three branch ports along the side. All five ports communicate through the same internal passage. There is no adjustment screw, shut-off mechanism or flow-control needle.

Especificaciones

Características clave

  • Five push-to-connect tube ports
  • Two end ports form the main air path
  • Three side outlets at 90 degrees
  • Compact black polymer body
  • Mounting holes for panel or machine installation
  • Suitable for polyurethane and nylon pneumatic tube

Aplicaciones típicas

A five-port manifold can distribute one air supply to three nearby actuators, valves, air nozzles or tools while keeping a continuation port available at the far end. It is often fitted inside compact control panels, assembly fixtures, packaging machines and test equipment. The same component may also combine several low-flow return lines when the circuit design permits it.

Ordering Information

Specify the outside diameter for both end ports and the three branch ports. Equal-port versions are often identified as PK04, PK06, PK08 or PK10, although model codes differ between manufacturers. Reducing versions may use a larger main-line tube and smaller branches. Please provide the required tube sizes, working pressure, medium and quantity before ordering. Do not assume that differently sized ports are interchangeable.

FAQ

Is this a valve manifold?

No. It is a tube distribution fitting and does not contain directional valves.

Can the three branches be controlled separately?

Not by the manifold itself. Add individual valves or flow controls downstream if each branch needs separate control.

Does the air have to enter through an end port?

An end port is normally used as the supply because it gives a clear main flow path. The final arrangement should still follow the machine designer’s circuit plan.

How is a tube removed?

Isolate and vent the air first. Press the blue release ring toward the body, then pull the tube out straight.

Can unused ports be left open?

No. An unused port must be closed with a suitable push-in plug, otherwise the system will leak.
