PCF Series Female Straight Push-to-Connect Fitting

A PCF female straight fitting is used to connect a pneumatic tube to a female threaded connection in a straight direction. One side holds the tube with a push-to-connect structure. The other side provides an internal thread for matching a male threaded part.

This fitting is useful when an air tube needs to connect directly to a threaded component without changing direction. The straight layout keeps the air line simple and makes the installation easier to arrange in compact pneumatic equipment.

The PCF series can be selected by tube outside diameter and female thread size. These two sizes should be checked separately before ordering. Metric and inch tube options are available, and common thread choices include M, G, PT and NPT types.

How to Choose a PCF Female Straight Fitting

Choose the tube side by the outside diameter of the pneumatic tube. Then confirm the female thread size and thread standard. The threaded side should match the male threaded part used on the equipment.

Installation Notes

To install the fitting, cut the tube end square and keep it clean. Insert the tube fully into the push-to-connect side until it reaches the internal stop. When connecting the threaded side, make sure the mating male thread matches the female thread standard and size. After installation, apply air pressure gradually and check the tube side and thread side for leakage.
