LSC Series Free Rotation Speed Control Valve

LSC Series is a pneumatic speed control valve with a free-rotation elbow body. It is used when air flow needs to be adjusted near a cylinder, valve port or compact machine area.

The tube side uses a push-to-connect port for pneumatic tubing. The threaded side is installed into the equipment port. After the threaded side is fixed, the elbow section can still be turned to help align the tube direction.

This design is useful when the fitting position is tight or when the tube route is not known until installation. The valve can help reduce tube bending and make the air line easier to arrange.

The adjusting screw is used to control the air flow rate. It is commonly used for cylinder speed adjustment, small pneumatic circuits, testing equipment and general compressed-air systems.

Choose the model according to the tube outside diameter and thread size. Metric and inch tube sizes are available. Before ordering, check both the tube size and the port thread on the equipment.

During installation, cut the tube end flat and remove any rough edge. Push the tube fully into the fitting, then pull it back gently to confirm the hold. After air pressure is applied, check the threaded side and tube side for leakage.
