PGT Series Outer Hexagonal Two Way Push-to-Connect Fitting

PGT is an outer hexagonal two-way fitting for pneumatic tube lines. It is used when two tube directions need to connect through a compact fitting body.

The outer hexagonal shape gives a clear tightening area. I would use this type when the fitting needs to be held with a tool during installation, or when the connection point is close to other machine parts.

Both sides are for pneumatic tube connection. Before ordering, check the tube outside diameter on the machine and compare it with the available PGT size list.

Metric tube sizes are shown in millimeters. Inch tube sizes are shown in inch measurements. The code after the dash should be checked with the required connection size.

PGT has a smaller listed size range than many standard fittings, so it is better to confirm the size before replacing an old connector.

Installation Notes

Cut the tube end flat before inserting it. Push the tube fully into the fitting and pull back gently to check that it is held.

Use the hexagonal body area when holding or tightening the fitting. After air pressure is supplied, check both tube connection sides for leakage.
