PM Series Bulkhead Union

PM is a tube-to-tube bulkhead union. Both sides connect to pneumatic tube, and the center body is fixed through a panel or mounting plate.

Specifications

The catalog lists PM in metric and inch tube sizes. The size code is read as tube O.D. × tube O.D.

Size Notes

Metric tube sizes are shown in millimeters. Inch tube sizes are shown in inch measurements. Choose the size according to the outside diameter of the tube used on both sides of the panel.

Installation Notes

Drill or prepare the panel hole to suit the bulkhead body. Insert the fitting through the panel and tighten the nut so the fitting is held firmly in place.

Cut the tube end flat before insertion. Push each tube into the fitting until it reaches the internal stop, then pull back lightly to confirm that it is locked. After air is supplied, check both tube sides for leakage.

PM bulkhead unions are used on control cabinets, machine frames, pneumatic panels and equipment covers where an air tube needs to pass neatly through a fixed wall or plate.
