PMF Series Bulkhead Female Connector Push-to-Connect Fitting

PMF is a bulkhead style connector for pneumatic tube lines. It is used when an air tube needs to pass through a panel, cabinet wall or machine plate, while the threaded side connects with another pneumatic part.

The fitting has a push-in tube side and a female threaded side. The bulkhead structure helps hold the fitting in position on a panel, so the tube line does not hang loosely around the machine opening.

This type is useful when the air line needs to enter or leave an enclosure in a cleaner way. It can be used on control boxes, machine panels, small pneumatic equipment and places where the tube route needs a fixed pass-through point.

Size Notes

In the metric type, the tube outside diameter is shown in millimeters. In the inch type, the tube outside diameter is shown in inch sizes such as 5/32, 1/4, 5/16, 3/8 and 1/2.

The code after the dash refers to the thread size. Before ordering, check both the tube size and the female thread size with the real parts on the machine.

Installation Notes

Mount the fitting through the panel hole and secure it in place. After the fitting is fixed, push the tube into the push-in side until it reaches the stop inside.

Cut the tube end flat before insertion. A damaged or uneven tube end may affect sealing. After inserting the tube, pull it gently to confirm that it is held.

When connecting the threaded side, make sure the mating male thread matches the PMF thread size. After air pressure is supplied, check both the tube side and the threaded side for leakage.
