Installation Notes
Cut the tube end flat before pushing it into the fitting. A slanted or rough tube end can affect sealing. Push the tube fully into the fitting and pull back gently to confirm that it is locked.
Choose the model according to the tube layout. PLJ is for a straight plug connection. PDJ is used when the tube size needs to change. PBJ and PYJ are used for branch layouts. PXJ is used when several tube outlets need to be arranged in one compact fitting.
Where It Is Used
Pneumatic plug type fittings are used in pneumatic control cabinets, valve groups, manifolds, compact machines and small automation systems. They are useful when the air line needs a plug-style connection, a branch point or a compact multi-port distribution point.
