Size Notes
Metric tube sizes are shown in millimeters. Inch tube sizes are shown in inch measurements. The code before the dash is the tube outside diameter, and the code after the dash is the thread size. Check both measurements before ordering.
Installation Notes
Cut each tube end flat before insertion. Push the tube into the fitting until it reaches the stop inside. Pull back lightly after insertion to check that the tube is held.
Install the male threaded side with a suitable tool on the metal section. Do not use the plastic body as the main tightening point. After air pressure is supplied, check each tube outlet and the threaded side for leakage.
Typical Uses
PWB and PWD male five joints are used in pneumatic control panels, valve groups, compact manifolds, cylinder piping and small automation machines. They are useful when several tube lines need to be supplied from one male threaded connection.
