PZB Series Cross Male Connector Push-to-Connect Fitting

PZB is a cross style fitting for pneumatic tube lines. It is used when one male threaded port needs to connect with several tube directions around the same point.

I would use this fitting when the tube layout has to spread out from one port, but there is not much room for several fittings. For example, it can be used near a small valve group, a manifold area, or a cylinder connection where the piping needs to stay close together.

The threaded side is installed into the equipment port. The tube sides are push-in connections for pneumatic tube. Before ordering, the tube size and thread size should both be checked.

Metric tube sizes are shown in millimeters. Inch tube sizes are shown in inch measurements. The code after the dash is the thread size.

Please check the tube outside diameter and the thread before ordering. A wrong thread size may not fit the equipment port, even if the tube size is correct.

Installation Notes

Cut the tube end flat before insertion. Push the tube into each push-in port until it reaches the stop inside. Pull the tube back lightly to confirm that it is locked.

Install the male threaded side with a suitable tool on the metal section. Do not tighten by twisting the plastic body too hard. After air pressure is supplied, check each tube port and the threaded side for leakage.
