Size Notes
Metric tube sizes are shown in millimeters. The code before the dash is the tube outside diameter, and the code after the dash is the thread size. Check both measurements before ordering.
Installation Notes
Cut the tube end flat before installation. Push the tube fully into the fitting until it reaches the internal stop, then pull back lightly to confirm that the tube is locked.
Match the thread size to the equipment port before tightening the fitting. Use a suitable wrench on the metal section and avoid forcing the release ring or plastic parts during installation.
Where It Is Used
IP Series metal push-to-connect fittings are used on pneumatic valves, cylinders, manifolds, control cabinets and compact automation equipment where a metal push-in fitting is preferred.
