PC Series Brass Male Straight Push-to-Connect Fitting

A PC male straight fitting is used when a pneumatic tube needs to enter a threaded port in a straight line. One side accepts the tube with a push-to-connect structure. The other side has a male thread for valves, cylinders, manifolds or other pneumatic parts.

This fitting is a simple choice when the tube can run directly away from the equipment without turning. It keeps the air line compact and easy to arrange, especially on control panels, small machines and air preparation units.

How to Choose a PC Male Straight Fitting

Choose the tube end first, then confirm the thread end. The tube size refers to the outside diameter of the pneumatic tube. The threaded side must match the equipment port, so tube size and thread size should not be treated as the same measurement.

Installation Notes

To install the fitting, cut the tube square and keep the tube end clean. Push the tube fully into the fitting until it reaches the internal stop. When tightening the threaded side, use the metal hex section rather than twisting the plastic release ring. After air is supplied, check both the tube side and the threaded side for leakage.
