Metric tube sizes are shown in millimeters. Inch tube sizes are shown in inch measurements. The code before the dash is the tube outside diameter, and the code after the dash is the thread size. Check both measurements before ordering.
Installation Notes
Cut the tube end flat before inserting it. If the tube end is angled, damaged or scratched, the fitting may not seal well. Push the tube into each side until it stops, then pull it back lightly to make sure it is held.
For the threaded branch, tighten it by the metal thread area with the correct tool. Avoid using too much force on the plastic body. After the air supply is turned on, check the tube ports and the branch connection for leaks.
Typical Uses
PB and PBF branch tee fittings are commonly used with pneumatic valves, cylinders, manifolds, air preparation units and compact automation equipment. They are mainly chosen when a straight tube line needs one extra threaded connection point.
